🥽 Don't Forget the Goggles! 🥽
Having a good pair of goggles can make a huge difference during swim lessons. Being able to see clearly helps swimmers feel more confident, stay focused, and spend more time learning instead of stopping to dump water out of their goggles every few minutes.
The goggles that I recommend for swimmers of all ages and skill levels are the Speedo Vanquisher 3.0. They can seem a little expensive at first, especially for younger children, but they are well worth the investment. A good pair can last for years, and if you switch the rubber strap out for a bungee strap, they'll often last even longer.
The Vanquisher is a competition-level goggle that provides a comfortable, secure fit and does a great job of preventing leaks. They come with multiple nose pieces, which allows them to fit a wide variety of face shapes and sizes, from younger swimmers to adults.
I've used Vanquishers for years, and they're still my favorite goggles to recommend. While any properly fitting goggle is better than none, a quality pair can make lessons smoother, more comfortable, and a lot more enjoyable.
